They are great people and will do absolutely anything to help anyone. Today I went in to get a belt for my older gravely. Mike took the time to print out the belt diagram, unprompted, I might add, which made doing the job so much easier! What a great company!" He worked his hardest to get me the best deals. Their head of assemblies was a stand-up guy. The machine I got is tight, not a loose bolt or out-of-place plastic on this machine! Highly recommend!
